Writing Wall

shanachie_quillSo since cattraine posted some writing related pictures, I thought I'd share with you what I'm generally staring at when my characters are refusing to speak to me and I can't figure out where I'm going next in that story y'all are harping...er begging...er asking me when it's going to be finished. All those post-it notes? Those are the random things that have spilled out of my brain that just can't keep up anymore.
Half of the top is free right now because I haven't decided where I want to look other than England and Scotland or if I want to stare at people I know. I generally don't put up pictures of actors, etc because that is just waaay too distracting.
Now if someone wants to listen to me ramble about some of my original characters and draw me some pictures.... :-)
Anyway. Yes, um, it is normally this messy...actually this is clean....and yes those really are stuffed animals. There are three bears--all 3 were either given to me or bought for a reason.
I guess that's it, you can ask about something, but I can't promise I'll answer.

14/8/11 12:39 (UTC)I honestly got used to being buried under at least 3 feet of stuff while I was teaching because so many years I had just a desk (if that) somewhere and didn't have a room of my own. And 9 times out of 10 I can find exactly what I'm looking for when someone asks me for it--it freaks people out. There is organization to my chaos!
Um...in my head? Or do I listen to music? I actually have a TV just to my...left (yes its sad I had to stop and think) and a lot of times I listen to that while I'm writing. I rarely listen to music because I used to sing and I tend to get distracted by actually singing if I listen.
