Hahah yeah for Steve that was a completely normal interaction. And he did such a gooood job. *pinches his cheeks*
Matty *sighs* Matty is a troubled young man. And I probably won't get into all of his issues because this story/series whatever is about Steve and Danny so his problems are only a problem in so much as they touch the other boys (like they did here with the fight.) I can't tell you all of it because some of it will come out later when Danny starts letting Steve in and telling Steve more of his background but...Matt has a mouth not unlike Danny's. He just can't back all of it up like Danny can. And we'll leave it at that for now (not that Danny could have taken five guys out by himself either but Danny wouldn't have been dumb enough to get into the position where he would have to).
So far there is no trouble during the date...on the other hand...I haven't written the actual date part of the date yet...but I'm not anticipating trouble from an outside source...with Steve you never know though.
Glad you're loving the verse. I'm enjoying writing it.
